Gift Cards

Terms & conditions:

1. Gift cards are only available and valid as payment in LIVE TRUE LONDON salons.
2. The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.
3. Gift Cards can be bought with a minimum value of £20.
4. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Gift Cards expire 12 months after date of purchase and the remaining balance will be deducted.
7. If a client decides to receive a service which is more expensive than the amount of money loaded on a Gift Card, they must pay the difference at the appointment date.
8. Any remaining balance on a Gift Card may be used towards future purchases, before the Gift Card expires.
9. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
10. LIVE TRUE LONDON is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
11. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser or designated recipient.
12. Customers must be present with the Gift Card to make purchases in store.
13. LIVE TRUE LONDON reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
14. LIVE TRUE LONDON reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
