I have been to the Vauxhall salon twice now and had Clarissa, she is always very professional, smiley, chatty and attentive. She really listens to what you want and doesn’t rush your consultation. She advises the best products for me to use on my hair that are non-biased and seems to really know her stuff! She has done highlights both times and the way she does them is amazing, they blend so well and look bright but natural. I have had bad experiences with previous hairdressers that have burnt and damaged my hair with bleach, but Clarissa managed to work around this and keep my hair super healthy. Thank you so much!

I have to rate my experience in this salon an absolute 10/10 considering how amazing my hair turned out and also how great the service was. I’ve been trying out lots of colours for my hair, but I had never went with black. I was truly anxious about it’s outcome, especially since my past experiences related to hair salons aren’t exactly the best. So a close friend of mine recommended me this salon. I booked an appointment and I’m not lying when I say that everything turned out just like I imagined it. I first came to see Casey at the Vauxhall salon in October last year to talk about going from blonde to copper after 10+ years of bleaching my hair. She was amazing in the consultation and let me know what she thought would work best and how she would achieve this. I absolutely love my new hair and have been coming back for regular top ups every few months, and it is perfect every time. Casey always knows exactly what I am looking with the colour even when I don't fully know myself! I would highly recommend booking in with her if looking to go any shade of copper/ginger, I'm so fussy with my hair and I've never been disappointed.
