What Does a Hair Assistant Do?

As a hair assistant, you will assist senior hairdressers with all aspects of their complex work.

Education

You will learn all of our signature techniques and we’ll train you to perfect your craft. When you start with us, our Operations Team will assess your skills to determine your strengths and weaknesses. You will learn through observing our most senior stylists, asking questions and getting guidance. You will then practice on real models with the assistance of our Operations Team. You will attend training workshops and practical sessions with our Education Team. We will train you until you are salon floor ready and are able to take on the most complex jobs.

What Happens Next

We train with a view of assistants becoming our future hairdressers. We are a fast growing salon brand and invest in developing our staff for the future. If you show us that you are passionate, committed and talented we will make sure that you have a job at the end of your training!
