All new colour clients will need to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.


All existing clients that have not been to us within 6 months or are changing services to a new product will need a new patch test, for example highlights or balayage to a root tint.


If you are having more than one colouring service such as a root tint and highlights you will need two patch tests within 48 hours of each other for each colouring service you are having. We cannot do two patch tests on the same day.


We do not accept patch tests from any other salon apart from Live True London nor do offer any waivers.


You can attend any Live True London location for a patch test. Failure to complete a patch test and not cancelling an appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy can result in a no show charge due to wasted time.
