Diogo performed a miracle!
This was the best hairstyle and customer experience I’ve had in a hair salon (ever!). Start to finish, the process was seamless and personalised.
Diogo is an expert in balayage — but also a very intuitive artist. He spent only a few minutes on a consultation and knew exactly what I wanted (and what would work best). He was warm and friendly, always checking in with me. Being very attentive and attuned to my needs, he offered me drinks and biscuits while I read my book and done some work on my laptop.
The vibe in the salon was very chill and the team seemed to have a lovely dynamic. I find salon environments can be overstimulating — I usually leave with sensory overload and a headache, but not here! Thank You Diogo and Team!

I visited Kelvin at Live True London in Clapham and it was such a treat! He did such a phenomenal job. From the start Kelvin really wanted to understand how I envisioned walking out of the salon, and it was as if he painted a mental picture of what I wanted and delivered. I had my balayage, cut and blow dry done by Raul yesterday and I CANNOT recommend him enough!!
