Why we love Pimlico

Pimlico is a small upscale residential area within zone 1, bordering Chelsea, Belgravia and Westminster. In the City of Westminster, Pimlico was built as a southern extension and is well known for its quiet streets, its quaint 19th century homes, its squares and its variety of pubs and restaurants.

MUNCH AND BRUNCH

Pimlico offers its residents and visitors a range of restaurants and cafés to choose from. Start the day at No. 11 Pimlico Road. Enjoy this independent neighbourhood restaurant with family or friends. A relaxed environment offering modern twists on traditional British breakfasts, we recommend ordering the breakfast sourdough bruschetta or ricotta pancakes. Also enjoy a little boozy brunch with their Bloody Mary’s or Earl Grey tea infused with Tanqueray gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial.
Take a stroll to Pimilco Fresh, where its setting boasts large wooden tables for communal eating and a changing chalkboard menu offering baked eggs as well as hearty soups and stews.
Located within Pimlico’s Artist Residence Hotel, Cambridge Street Kitchen is open from breakfast through to dinner. A former Victorian pub, the kitchen offers a range of meals from pancakes to burgers.
O’Sole Mio specialises in serving traditional Italian pasta and pizza. It is recommended to pop in to satisfy that Italian craving!

If you are looking for more of a fun night out, the pub has a new basement cocktail bar and dancefloor.
Wine lovers can try out the extensive wine list at Ebury Restaurant and Wine Bar, while others can order cocktails and sparkling wine on tap at Tozi Restaurant and Bar.
Head to the basement of the Cambridge Street Kitchen to the Clarendon Cocktail Bar for a range of drinks and cocktails. Visit the bar on Tuesday’s to view the bar manager and his team experiment with cocktails using fresh produce from the restaurant’s supplier.
